- Reported symptom
- Constant clicking, would not stop

- Spark module and spark plug
- Location
- Yarrow Point, WA
What the customer reported
The clicking ran continuously. The household had got used to switching the range off at the wall to stop it, which is a workaround, not a fix.
What we found
Two faults stacked here: the module was firing on its own, and one spark plug was damaged badly enough that it would not have lit reliably even with a good module.
What we did
Replaced both, then tested each burner from cold: light-off, spark cut-out on flame, and silence at rest.
Why this happens
Replacing only the module would have stopped the noise and left one burner lighting badly. Once the top is open, checking every plug and electrode is the difference between a fixed range and a second visit.
