What the warranty is designed to cover
The warranty supports the specific repair completed and the parts and labor identified on the invoice. Coverage begins on the completion date unless different terms are listed.
What may not be covered
- A different or unrelated appliance failure
- Damage caused by misuse, impact, pests, water, electrical supply or external conditions
- Maintenance, cleaning or adjustments not part of the covered repair
- Work performed or altered by another party after the repair
How to request warranty service
Call the office with the invoice details, appliance model and current symptoms. The team will review the prior repair and arrange the appropriate next step.
Warranty questions
Completed repairs include a one-year limited parts and labor warranty, subject to the terms on the invoice.
Warranty coverage applies to the completed repair and covered parts or labor described on the invoice, not unrelated failures.
Provide the customer name, service address, invoice number, appliance model and a description of the current symptom.
Routine maintenance, cleaning, misuse, external conditions and unrelated failures are generally not covered unless specifically stated on the invoice.
